Article 7 - A letter sent to Centurion / Waltloo test centres from SAIDI.CO.ZA was IGNORED

The system is enough to try the patience of a saint! And if there is one quality every good driving instructor needs, it is patience! However our patience is threadbare!

We have been asking the authorities to increase the number of examiners since 2002, and we still have nowhere near the number of examiners or test centres we need!
